Position DescriptionPerforms clinical applications support duties with the clinicians and staff providing patient care in the ambulatory clinic setting.

Major/Essential Functions- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and opportunities to improve efficiencies within the EMR
- Develop plans/trainings for end users utilizing dataanalytics
- Partner with the EMR team to create best practice workflows forstaff
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and theEMR team
- Review patient data to make medical workflows safer and more efficient
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems reported by clinical team members
- Analyze clinical and operational data to improve documentation quality and patient outcomes

Preferred Qualifications- Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic systems.
