Emergency Room Nurse in Lubbock, Texas. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a Level II Trauma Center. The role requires flexibility in floating between units and adherence to safety and clinical protocols to ensure patient well-being.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid state license, at least 1 year of experience, certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in trauma, community hospital settings, and Level II Trauma Center.
• Additional Information:
  Must have 2 years of experience as a hardstop requirement. Candidates should be willing to work 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Submission requires responses to specific candidate questions and references covering a 1-year period within the last 3 years. Candidates may be expected to float between nearby facilities, and refusal to float may result in contract termination.
