TTUHSC Managed Care at the Montford Unit is looking for a Supply Technician III
In this role, you’ll help ensure medical and dental teams have the supplies and equipment they need, when they need them.
Responsibilities include:
- Ordering time-sensitive supplies for Surgery, Radiology, and Specialty Clinics
- Managing inventory and maintaining appropriate par levels for an inpatient facility
- Stocking and delivering medical and dental supplies across multiple onsite clinics
- Processing and monitoring invoices in accordance with policy and compliance requirements
- Supporting annual capital equipment and consumable supply inventories
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly logs for sharps, instruments, and tools
- Providing occasional courier support to keep Unit operations moving
The John Montford Unit is an accredited regional medical and mental health facility within the TTUHSC Managed Care system. The facility provides a comprehensive range of medical, psychiatric, and ancillary healthcare services to patients across the state.

Position:Supply Technician III

- High school or equivalent and four years’ experience.
- Additional job related education may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis.
- Experience in Healthcare Operations or Healthcare Administration - preferred
- Experience with ordering and stocking consumable supplies - preferred
- Experience monitoring, maintaining, and managing medical supply stock levels at a hospital or clinic - preferred
- Experience with inventory management and asset control - preferred
