Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN – Regional Support to deliver compassionate nursing care across multiple communities. You will be a floating clinician, supporting families and coordinating care in varied Gentiva branches based on census needs.
Responsibilities include coordinating plans of care, educating families, and collaborating with the care team. A valid RN license and CPR are required, with 1+ year hospice/home health experience and a valid driver's license.
