*** Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to Covenant Specialty Hospital in Lubbock, TX.***

If you're nearing completion of your accredited physical therapy program, we'll love to support your transition into professional practice. Our Long-Term Acute Care environment offers a highly supportive setting, specialized training, and the opportunity to build strong clinical foundations while making a meaningful impact from day one. As a physical therapist, you'll independently guide patients and families through the journey of assessment, goal-setting, and hands-on treatment-helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence. From crafting personalized goals and plans to selecting the perfect therapeutic techniques, you bring clarity, motivation, and expert care to each unique situation. You'll educate patients and families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document progress with precision, and uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and practice.

You'll guide patients through a paced inpatient rotation as they move toward recovery using your specialized training, flexibility, professionalism, and heart to serve as an essential partner at every step of the rehabilitation journey. Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Texas Physical Therapist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 yearsof experience in rehabilitation
