Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to provide personal care and emotional support to patients in home, facility, or inpatient settings. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, nutrition, and comfort, while documenting visits and communicating changes to the care team.
Ideal candidates hold an active CNA license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Prior home health or hospice experience is preferred, with a focus on dignity at end-of-life care.
