Performs specialized work in the planning, conducting and/or supervising of original research ponsible for participating in, planning, scheduling and/or supervising research projects and the interpretation of the results for publication. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on accomplishment of assigned objectives and overall effectiveness of project. May supervise research and student assistants.

• Enters data in the TCHATT, ECHO, and CPAN database systems.
• Assists with creating new surveys, spreadsheets, and files related to data management.
• Cleans data and removes inaccurate measures from tables, datasets, and databases.
• Uses analytical and logical methods to describe and evaluate datasets (advanced Excel skills).
• Guarantees adherence to regulations.
• Assisted with compiling information for monthly data reports for all programs.
• Stays up-to-date with iECHO
• Follows protocols for the retrieval and analysis of ongoing data storages.
• Assists with troubleshoots data-related problems.
• Regularly monitors and evaluates information and data systems that could affect analytical results.
• Prepares requested data accurately and thoroughly for statistical analyses and reports.
• Stays up-to-date with statistical software (e.g., SPSS and Excel).
• Stays up-to-date with qualitative software (e.g., Qualtircs).
• Assists with developing data management strategies.
• Maintains and updates professional knowledge and proficiency through continuing education, staff meetings, workshops and serving on special committees.

Master's degree or specialized academic training beyond the bachelor's level in a particular field of science or engineering equivalent to a master's degree. One year research experience. Knowledge of modern research practices, the methods, resources, and standards thereof.
