Patient Services Manager- TCHATT

Position Description

Oversees patient access initiatives and manages day-to-day operations within the assigned functional unit. Ensures seamless and streamlined patient experiences by optimizing processes and enhancing patient access to quality healthcare services. Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provides coaching and conducts employee evaluations. Coordinates with other departments to ensure consistent service standards. Trains other PSS team members.

• In conjunction with Managing Director, develops processes for scheduling flows with consortium and other consortium projects/stakeholders.
• Data reporting and tracking related to scheduling.
• In coordination with leadership and other program directors, communicates and organizes access to services.
• Serve as an active contributor during management meetings.
• Attend and contribute to teleconferences, conferences and trainings.
• Responsible for management and evaluations of supervised staff.
• Attend and engage in stakeholder meetings.
• Provide support/supervision and directions to the Patient Service Specialist.

High School diploma or equivalent, five (5) years of experience, and one (1) year of supervisory experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a health-related field.
• Experience as a Patient Services Specialist in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated experience supervising Patient Services Specialists.
• Demonstrated experience working in an interdisciplinary environment.
