Accreditation Program Manager – Per Diem

• Support the Health System with compliance to accreditation standards and state and federal regulations
• Assist with developing processes to maintain external accreditation, licensure, and certification of system acute care entities and other facilities
• Perform staff duties in support of system initiatives
• Lead the development and implementation of new processes, technologies, and resources for knowledge transfer related to accreditation services programs
• Support, in partnership with Patient Safety, the implementation of Caring Reliably
• Support processes that help Providence become a transparent, learning organization
• Work under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Services

• Bachelor's Degree, Or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years experience in acute care (hospital) setting
• 3 years experience in leadership role for environment of care or emergency management
• Formal training in NFPA code (preferred)
• NIMS training (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in compliance with accreditation standards and regulations, with a strong focus on process development and implementation in acute care settings. Proven leadership in fostering a transparent, learning organization through effective knowledge transfer and partnership with patient safety initiatives.
