Ensures seamless and streamlined patient experiences by optimizing processes and enhancing patient access to quality healthcare services. Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provides coaching and conductsemployee evaluations. Coordinates with other departments to ensure consistent service standards. Trains other PSS team members.

• In conjunction with Managing Director, develops processes for scheduling flows with consortium and other consortiumprojects/stakeholders.
• Data reporting and tracking related to scheduling.
• In coordination with leadership and other program directors,communicates and organizes access to services.
• Serve as an active contributor during management meetings.
• Attend and contribute to teleconferences, conferences andtrainings.
• Responsible for management and evaluations of supervisedstaff.
• Attend and engage in stakeholder meetings.
• Provide support/supervision and directions to the Patient Service Specialist.
