The Willows Events & Catering is seeking an experienced, hospitality-minded Banquet Captain to help lead event execution for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations. This role is ideal for hospitality or service industry professionals looking for a flexible part-time opportunity while continuing to utilize their leadership, service, and event coordination experience.

As a Banquet Captain, you will take ownership of assigned events from setup to breakdown, helping lead the banquet team while ensuring guests, vendors, and hosts experience excellence throughout the event. Previous hospitality, banquet, restaurant, catering, or event leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lead calmly and confidently in high‑energy environments

Organized, dependable, and solutions‑oriented
