Hospitality Concierge – Public Relations, Patient Experience Guest Services

Location: Covenant Children's Hospital, Lubbock, TX (Onsite required)

Schedule: Full‑time night shift.

The Hospitality Concierge is the welcoming heartbeat of the campus, delivering true second‑mile service by creating an inclusive, patient‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the first point of contact, setting the tone with warmth, professionalism, and calm confidence.
• Guide patients, guests, and caregivers through every step of their visit, providing way finding and access support.
• Offer real‑time problem solving, personal escorts, thoughtful follow‑through, and proactive "see something, say something" care.
• Triage operational issues, collaborate with partners across the ministry, and support emergency readiness.
• Ensure policy compliance and confidentiality while keeping the Emergency Department and main entrance lobbies flowing smoothly.
• Support leadership and surveyors, transforming every interaction into a positive, reassuring experience.

• 1 year of related hospitality sector experience, providing exceptional customer service and dealing extensively with the public.

• High School Diploma or GED or higher education.
• 1 year of healthcare experience.

$16.14 - $24.69 per hour. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities may apply.
