Position Description

This position is located in the Abilene Regional Office and supports Human Resources functions for TTUHSC’s Managed Care Division. In this role, you will assist with hiring and recruitment activities, including collecting, entering, and maintaining Human Resources data related to compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment. You will process and track required paperwork for assigned Human Resources functional areas and help ensure records are accurate and up to date.

You may also prepare and distribute internal employee communications related to compensation, benefits, and organizational policies.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Provide support to employees on Human Resources related topics, including leaves, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policies.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Onboard new team members using the Brass Ring system, including candidate communication.
  • Partner with other Managed Care Human Resources team members to support department operations.
  • Assist hiring managers with the creation and maintenance of position descriptions in the ePM system.
  • Provide accurate guidance to hiring managers regarding performance management policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee questions or concerns related to compensation and benefits and process required documentation to implement changes or corrections.
  • Assist supervisors with the PASS, ePAF, and ePM systems by answering questions and providing ongoing support.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule Details

Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Additional hours may be required dependent on business needs. A hybrid work schedule may be considered after 6 months of employment.
