Tropicale Foods, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support all HR activities in our Texas manufacturing environment. This onsite role partners with leadership to drive a safe, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly production roles, coordinate onboarding emphasizing safety and food compliance, and maintain HRIS/ATS for accurate HR data and turnover metrics. Strong knowledge of labor laws and experience with ADP are preferred.
