Data Center Logistics Specialist

Futura Energy Group is partnering with a leading AI infrastructure innovator to hire a Logistics & Asset Lead to support the next generation of hyperscale data centers. This is a mission-critical role with equity participation, putting you at the heart of AI infrastructure powering high-performance workloads for top labs, enterprises, and government initiatives.

You’ll be at the center of mission-critical operations, orchestrating the flow of hardware and assets that keep AI infrastructure running smoothly. From receiving and tracking servers to coordinating deployments and managing vendor relationships, your work ensures next-gen AI workloads never skip a beat.

• Own end-to-end asset lifecycle operations: tagging, tracking, auditing, and staging for deployment.
• Manage receiving, shipping, and inventory with 99%+ accuracy, keeping high-density AI compute ready for action.
• Fulfill parts requests and maintain organized staging areas for rapid deployment and break-fix operations.
• Partner with vendors to manage RMAs, warranty claims, and equipment replacements; coordinate third-party access and security.
• Generate dashboards, metrics, and analytics to optimize inventory and drive continuous improvement.

• 3+ years in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain in technology or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or similar tools for reporting.
• Bonus: experience with hyperscale providers, IT hardware (servers, storage, networking), and ERP/asset management systems.
• $120K–$180K + equity
• $10K tax-free relocation bonus (first paycheck)

Lubbock, TX or Buffalo, NY – Onsite in state-of-the-art AI-ready data centers.
