As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be in the office 5 days per week supporting the US, Canada, and Latin America and your hours will vary depending on the region you will be supporting. You will execute all administrative tasks related to the Johnson Controls Fire Suppression parts and product and positively interact with customers both verbally and written.

• Monitor inventory levels to order ship from the proper warehouse.
• Manage backorders.
• Maintain ship dates.
• Manage order cancellations quickly.
• Answer calls.
• Handle customer questions concerning shipments, backorders, escalations, etc.
• Pull regular reports to manage orders.
• Manage cases in

• Problem solving, proactive, agile.
• Work in a fast paced environment with quickly changing priorities.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Active Listening skills.
• CRM experience with
• ERP experience with SAP.
• Attention to Detail.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Bilingual a plus.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $44,000-$53,600 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
