Workday Revenue Lead – Contract to Cash (C2C) – Remote (US Based Candidates Only)

This role focuses on leading the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Contract to Cash / Revenue Management solutions for enterprise clients. You will deliver end-to-end Workday Financials implementations and act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding projects through the Workday lifecycle.

• Leading or participating in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle – from discovery through to deployment.
• Delivering multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Advising clients on Workday best practices and solution alternatives, tailoring recommendations to business needs.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Workday Contract to Cash (C2C), supporting client workshops and sales activity.
• Mentoring junior consultants and reviewing deliverables for quality.
• Contributing to internal initiatives, training, and participation in the Workday ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years’ consulting experience implementing Financials systems
• Proven hands-on expertise in Workday Financials with Contract to Cash (C2C) certification (required).
• Strong client-facing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Workday certification(s) (required and must be maintained).
