IT Support Technician
Austin, TX (100% On‑Site)
12 + Months
Provide hands‑on Tier 1 IT support and hardware troubleshooting alongside senior mentors.
Experience- 2‑4 years
- Windows, iOS/Android, customer service, documentation
- CompTIA A+, Power Shell, networking
- Fix employee tech issues (tickets & in‑person).
- Set up PCs, mobile devices, and accessories.
- Manage IT stockrooms and document workflows.
