Business Systems & Technology Analysis, IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst
The Operations AI Analyst is a technically minded problem solver who helps departments work smarter by improving the systems, processes, and workflows they rely on every day.
Working as part of the Operations team, this role partners across the organization to understand how work gets done, identify friction and inefficiencies, and build practical solutions using business systems, AI, automation, and process improvement.
This is not a traditional software development position. While technical aptitude is important, success in this role is less about writing code and more about understanding a problem, breaking it down, learning the tools available, and figuring out the best way to solve it.
The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. They may come from software development, business operations, systems administration, analytics, or another technical discipline. We care less about having worked with every tool on day one and more about finding someone who is smart, hungry, humble, and capable of quickly learning how technology can improve the business.
This position offers significant room to grow as the individual develops deeper expertise in our business, systems, automation, and AI capabilities.
