A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel to manage all litigation matters across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Lead all commercial litigation from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal Manage employment litigation and pre-litigation disputes Advise leadership on litigation risk and settlement strategy

Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters simultaneously Experience managing outside counsel relationships Comfort with discovery mechanics and e-discovery platforms
