Key Responsibilities Coordinate structured finance transactions from inception to closing Draft and review routine legal documents and prepare closing files Act as a liaison with clients and outside entities to facilitate transactions
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved training program is preferable Strong academic background and leadership ability demonstrated through extracurricular activities Prior experience in a business or law office is desirable Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
