Position: Corporate Counsel (Active Bar Required)
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance across various departments while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities Provide legal guidance for product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational workflows Advise on privacy requirements and manage data governance practices Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and manage disputes and regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in the U.S 2-3+ years of relevant experience in privacy/data issues and commercial contracts Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements Ability to translate legal requirements into actionable processes Experience in a PE-backed environment is preferred
