He/She is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and neat, for all tools, and equipment to perform this operation.

• Keep the building, workbenches, company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Keep the grounds free of trash and loose items.
• Help maintain the salvage yard in a clean, orderly condition.
• Order supplies and clean equipment as needed.
• Drive company vehicles with a valid driver’s license.
• Pick up parts and escort customers to locations as required.
• Perform all duties safely and in compliance with Bruckner's policies.
• Work with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least a minimum 9th grade education required.
• Experience in the trade and knowledge of the proper products and tools.
• Ability to take instructions and cooperate with supervisors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Handle multiple tasks with a tolerance for stress.

• Pass physical and drug screen.
• Lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high and 25 lbs to shoulder high.
• Work around, over, and under equipment and trucks as needed.
