Are you a strategic leader passionate about safety and inspiring high-performing teams? As Manager Regional Safety Services, you will guide and empower our Lubbock regional Safety Services staff, ensuring our clients and partners receive exceptional service and expert support. You’ll oversee the coordination and quality control of our regional operations, leveraging your deep health and safety expertise to solve challenges and drive collaboration with underwriting and claims teams.

- Lead, mentor, and manage regional Safety Services staff
- Ensure high-quality service, compliance, and process improvements
- Oversee budgeting, facilities, and departmental strategy
- Provide technical health and safety expertise and support
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee recruitment, staff training, and performance management
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, health, or related field or equivalent education, training, or experience
- 7+ years of experience in safety or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Valid Texas Driver's license
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role.
