The Opportunity:
As a Regional Portfolio Supervisor
, you’ll be the driving force behind the performance of a diverse multifamily portfolio. You’ll lead Property Managers, elevate onsite teams, protect and enhance assets, and deliver results for ownership and clients. You’ll have real influence, real accountability, and the opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple communities.

What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing Property Managers
- Set clear expectations, coach performance, and build accountable teams
- Be a visible leader across your portfolio—present, engaged, and respected
- Develop and execute operating budgets, leasing strategies, marketing plans, and capital improvement plans
- Analyze performance, identify trends, and correct course to hit financial goals
- Balance asset preservation with revenue growth and resident satisfaction
Protect & Elevate the Physical Assets
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal, safety, and quality standards
- Oversee maintenance strategies and capital projects
- Partner with vendors and contractors to deliver quality work at competitive pricing
Deliver Exceptional Resident Experience
- Ensure best-in-class customer service standards at every property
- Step in to resolve escalated resident concerns when needed
- Partner closely with accounting, HR, construction, acquisitions, and development teams
- Provide clear, professional reporting to company leadership, ownership, and third-party clients
Grow the Business
- Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing third-party management opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in regional or senior multifamily property management
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Financial expertise with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, perform inspections, and lift supplies
- Frequent communication in person and by phone
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
