This is a full-time, on-site General Manager in Training role based in Lubbock, TX. The General Manager in Training will focus on learning and performing day-to-day store operations, including overseeing store performance, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, leading and coaching team members, meeting operational objectives, and assisting with sales growth initiatives. The role also involves regularly collaborating with senior leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and creating an engaging and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications- Leadership and management skills, including team coaching, workforce development, and performance management
- Operational and technical skills, such as knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and budget oversight
- Customer service and interpersonal abilities, including effective communication, team collaboration, and conflict resolution
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and strong problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude, commitment to company values, and a desire to grow within the organization
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in management, retail, or hospitality is highly desirable
