Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) and maintain appearance/uniform standards.;
Oversee food safety, quality and accuracy of orders and resolve customer complaints quickly.;
Manage attendance, timekeeping, and adherence to posted schedule; support cash control and labor management.;
Provide regular feedback and training to Team Members; handle conflicts with RGM to achieve resolution.
