Senior Security Project Manager

Position

Onsite Project Manager – Aberdeen/Lubbock, TX

• Lead moderately complex security projects with medium to high corporate priority.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in project management, security system setup, scope definition, risk identification, and methodology.
• Maintain control of schedule, cost, safety, quality and customer expectations at all times.
• Present project updates and progress to management and customers.
• Manage vendor relationships throughout the security installation.
• Ensure projects are closed on time and within scope.
• Apply Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology across integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and procurement.
• Communicate status and coordinate with project staff, customers and JCI management.
• Track expenditures, forecast financial trends, and maintain full financial accountability.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets JCI standards.
• Provide professional customer service and timely follow‑up on all concerns.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent work experience) with at least five years in project management.
• Travel as needed; willingness to be on deployment for 6 to 18 months.
• 5 years of project management experience in the security industry (preferred) or in new construction.
• Preferred certifications:
  Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP). Ability to acquire required certification within 6 months.

• Salary range: $100,000 – $150,000, determined by education, experience, skills, and market data.
