Sales Manager

Ramar Communications is seeking an accomplished General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead and grow revenue across its portfolio of radio, digital, sports, and events. The GSM will be responsible for developing sales strategy, recruiting and coaching account executives, driving new business development, maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring achievement of company revenue goals.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of media sales experience.
• Minimum three years of sales management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in radio, television, digital media, advertising, or related industries preferred.

Requirements:

• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
• Establish and monitor revenue budgets and sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing account executives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Accompany sales staff on client calls and presentations.
• Develop new revenue opportunities across radio, television, digital, sports, events, and sponsor ships.
• Maintain relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and community leaders.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accountability through CRM and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and FCC regulations.
