Your role is to

** the sales team to

* Provide

* ** Facilitate

* ** A Bachelor's degree
** or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years in a relevant field).
* A
** demonstrated history
** of
** advancing sustainable sales success
** and profitable growth.
* A
** proven history
** of increasing responsibility in a business-to-business sales-related or sales operations position. This includes prior experience
** mentoring a team
** and
** stewardship of a P&L** (or comparable experience within the distribution industry involving gases and welding supplies).
* ** A proactive approach to leadership**, with a history of
** supporting and mentoring teams
** for at least 3 years.
* ** Strong communication skills**, both verbal and written, with a focus on
** building alignment
** and staying organized.
* ** Comfortable with Microsoft solutions**, particularly Excel and Word, and experienced in data entry and order extraction.
* ** Numerical proficiency
** for practical business applications and analytical reporting.
* ** Resilience and adaptability
** to work independently and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
* ** The ability to foster understanding
** while interacting with diverse teams and personalities.
* ** Deeply comfortable
** with business and accounting concepts including, but not limited to, Return on Investment (ROI), Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, interest and leasing calculations, and margin responsibilities
* ** Physical capability
** to lift 25-75 lbs. as needed to support operations.
* ** A valid driver's license
** and an insured personal vehicle.
* ** Comfortable working
** in a drug-free environment.
