Position Overview

At PNC, a Branch Manager in The Woodlands, TX, leads all aspects of branch performance, drives revenue and customer loyalty, manages risk and compliance, and builds a high‑performing team.

• Direct branch performance and drive revenue through consultative customer interactions.
• Build a differentiated customer experience in an omni‑channel environment.
• Develop and empower a branch team through hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Use a branded sales process to reach sales targets and deepen customer relationships.
• Lead operational risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Represent PNC across the community to support business banking growth.
• Model and promote an inclusive workplace culture aligned with PNC values.

• 3+ years of related experience in retail banking or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of balance sheet and income statement fundamentals.
• Strong people‑management skills and ability to coach a team.
• Experience with consultative selling and a client‑centric approach.
• Leadership ability to mitigate regulatory and sales‑practice risk.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual Spanish, experience in omni‑channel banking, and a proactive mindset.
• Education:
  
  No degree required; suitable combination of experience and product knowledge accepted.
