Manager for Southeast Asia market (SEA) with a solid performance track record in managing pricing excellence and revenue growthin SEA markets.

Youwill play a pivotal role insetting up and running of pricing experimentation, rolling outkeystrategies to countries, and providing in-depth business analysis for country teamsto excel.

You willsit at a strategic role as custodian of countryrevenueperformance, assisting country and hotel team to achieve desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Revenue Management Strategic Role
  • Accountable in building and co-leading yearly budgeting and business planning together with Country Commercial Heads and Corporate Revenue Director.
  • Accountable to lead commercial cadence, serving as a marshal and custodian ofrevenuemanagement of properties in SEA.
  • Accountable in setting up, maintaining, and improving competitive set indicators and KPI tracking forhotel performance benchmark.
  • Responsibleforimproving and orchestratingTLASEApricing excellence domain, rolling out pricing strategy and framework for country and hotel teams to adopt.
  • Responsibleforbuilding strategy, discipline, and center of excellence around pricing intelligence to guide hotelcommercialand operation team in maximizing Rev Par(RGI) and Occupancy (MPI) to meetwith budgeted target.
  • Responsible in delivering timely business analysis and recommendation for C-level support including but not limited to hotel level performance but also group level strategic objective around revenue growth management.
  • Revenue Management Operational Role
  • Responsible indaily pricing optimization, rate management, and inventory management of each property to maximize MPI x RGI.
  • Responsible in ensuring rate connectivity is correct to each channel, working together with Distribution team.
  • Responsible for market survey, insight gathering, competitor benchmarking to suggest recovery and growth plan per property.
  • Together with HQ commercial team, develop new portfolio SKUs to support incremental revenue growth for the group.
  • Responsible for proposing to HQ and running of pricing experimentation to address business opportunity and problems.
  • Responsible in nurturing, managing, andachievingdesignated brand price parity level across all digital non-proprietary platforms for Travelodge hotels.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Economics,Psychology,Finance,Data Analytics, Mathematics, or aSTEMrelated field from reputable universities.
  • Minimum of5-7years of total professional experience with min. 2 years in OTA/Airlines/Hotelsand 3 years of managing and leading a team.
  • Proven track record or natural ability ofhelpmanaging end-to-end project with solid KPI delivery, focus on delivering results.
  • Attention to detailwithfamiliaritytohypothesis-led analysis and critical thinking.
  • Ability of multitasking and comfortable in navigating through ambiguity.
  • Love rapid experiment to continuously iterate white space opportunity.
  • Resourceful andpossessstrong grit to make up for the capability gap.
  • High integrity and entrepreneurial self-driven ambition to grow business and team.
  • Strong data analytical skills.

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel.

    Literacy in data scrumming and analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similaris a BIG plus.
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
