General Management
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, financial performance, and day-to-day operation of Ramar Communications' radio, television, digital, and related media properties. The position provides leadership to sales, programming, operations, engineering, and administrative teams while ensuring strong revenue growth, audience development, community engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Experience- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five or more years of senior management experience in media, broadcasting, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven success in sales leadership and revenue growth.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of radio, television, digital media, and FCC regulations preferred.
- Provide leadership and management for all company operations.
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across radio, television, digital, events, and sponsor ships.
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and evaluate department managers and staff.
- Establish budgets, monitor financial performance, and achieve profitability goals.
- Work closely with sales leadership to maximize local, regional, and national revenue.
- Oversee programming and audience growth initiatives.
- Maintain FCC compliance and company policy standards.
- Develop relationships with advertisers, community leaders, schools, universities, and civic organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for ownership.
