Electrical Project / Construction Manager
Location: Lubbock, TX
Duration: 18-Month Project
Pay Range: $60–$85/hr DOE
Schedule: 13 Days On / 1 Day Off | 6 x 12-Hour Days
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead execution on a major Data Center project in West Texas. Responsible for overall project execution, including safety, budget, schedule, quality, client satisfaction, and team leadership for electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams and subcontractors.
- Manage procurement and material strategies.
- Review project schedules and forecasts.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage risk and change order processes.
- Ensure successful project turnover.
- 8+ years of electrical construction management experience on Data Center and Mission Critical projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
- Proven leadership and client management skills
- PMP Certification
- Electrical Engineering Degree
