Tractor Supply Company seeks a District FAST Supervisor to manage a traveling 7-person FAST team. You will hire, train, develop, and lead the team to execute planograms, inventories, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance across stores within the district.
You will promote a safe work environment, coach team members, and collaborate with the Regional FAST Manager and District Manager to meet merchandising goals. Ability to travel between store locations is required.
