Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US and take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards.
What You’ll DoYou will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. You will travel frequently across the US, typically spending 80% of your time away from home and up to 1000 miles per project. The role requires night shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours.

- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours. Expect frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home and be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for RPC roles.
Salary and CompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock options.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and one year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area OR three years of experience in these areas.
- Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.
- Master’s degree in business or a related field.
- One year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance while ensuring diversity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support the mission, values, and ethics by implementing related action plans.
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, and drive improvement opportunities while adapting to changing demands.
