Position Description

Provides project management including adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Plans, schedules, and coordinates project activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance and coordinates overall integration. Supervises and directs project personnel, assigning duties and responsibilities.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Program and project management:
    Oversee day‑to‑day operations and logistics, create schedules, analyze and present data, and assist in developing and tracking program KPIs.
  • Financial oversight:
    Ensure cost‑effective operations, track expenditures, handle invoices, and process travel.
  • Communication and reporting:
    Serve as primary liaison between program staff, stakeholders, partners, and other departments.
  • Administrative:
    • Oversee the Mobile Health Unit and implement quality control measures to monitor service delivery and enhance outreach efficiency. Ensure timely reporting.
    • Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
    • Maintain data entry and inventory management.
    • Facilitate departmental communication through staff meetings, stakeholder briefings, and community events.
  • Compliance and policy:
    Ensure program operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Occasional Duties
  • Other projects as assigned to support program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus three years of related experience, or a combination of education and/or experience equal to seven years.

Minimum: $4,185.67 – Maximum: $11,510.58 (subject to pay plan and individual qualifications)
