Pay Grade Minimum: 4000, Maximum: 11000 (Monthly)

Manages a unit within a department. Plans, organizes and develops goals and procedures for the unit. Represents the unit to administrators, outside agencies and others on relevant matters. Supervises subordinate staff.

• Staff management – Hiring, training, mentoring and performing evaluations for clinical staff.
• Operational oversight – Managing day-to-day operations, optimizing patient flow, implementing standard operating procedures.
• Quality and compliance – Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (state, federal) including HIPAA compliance.
• Financial compliance – Managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
• Clinical workflow – Enhancing optimization of clinical workflow and scheduling.
• Patient advocate.

• Bachelor's degree
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience OR a combination of education and/or supervisory experience to equal seven years.

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Prior experience managing a clinical office.
