Stretch Lab is the global leader in one-on-one assisted stretching with over 350+ locations. We're seeking a sales-driven, energetic General Manager to lead membership growth, drive brand awareness, and build a high-performing team.
About the Role:80–90% focused on sales, lead generation, and closing memberships
10–20% focused on studio operations and team leadership
Network, prospect, and position Stretch Lab as the premier destination for stretching and recovery
Train, motivate, and lead a small team of sales reps and flexologists
Manage studio CRM (Club Ready), inventory, marketing activities, and KPIs
You’ll Succeed Here If You:Have 2+ years of proven sales experience (fitness or membership sales preferred)
Love networking, prospecting, and building client relationships
Are passionate about fitness, health, and helping others
Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Can work independently and lead a team to hit sales goals
