Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed).

Openwork is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to support a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in handling large or oversized materials in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Move, stage, and stack large wooden materials.
• Load and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Ensure product stability and proper placement during transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sit-down forklift experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Experience handling heavy or oversized materials preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
