Overview
MIG Welder – Steel Frame Manufacturing (Lubbock, TX)
Compensation: $/hr (based on experience and weld quality).
Employment Type:
Full-time, on-site.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, day shift.
Snelling is recruiting a MIG Welder for a well-established commercial steel building manufacturer in Lubbock, Texas. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys seeing their work take shape — fabricating and assembling steel building frames and components that form the backbone of large-scale structures. The right candidate will be motivated, reliable, and eager to learn multiple aspects of the manufacturing process.
While MIG welding using spray transfer is the primary responsibility, this position also includes training and training.
