Anchor Fabrication is a precision metal fabrication company located in Denton, Texas, and is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators for the 1st/2nd shift.
Duties and Functions- Set up and operate all machine types in the Brake Department.
- Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
- Apply knowledge of metal properties to bending operations.
- Perform clerical and labor reporting duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5 years minimum experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry preferred.
- Blueprint reading.
- Good math skills.
- G/D & T Knowledge and must pass test.
- Amanda and Trumpf Brake experience a plus.
- Epicor experience a plus.
Education- High School or Equivalent.
- Technical School Experience a plus.
