Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am
Responsibilities
  • Direct supervision of daily operations such as staffing, quality control, safety requirements, and schedule adherence.
  • Lead by example to hit safety, quality, service, cost, and production targets, introducing improvement suggestions.
  • Hold the team accountable, provide recognition, and address deficiencies respectfully and timely.
  • Enable the team to drive process improvements using accepted safety and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Mentor Lead Operators to handle production problem escalations and workload challenges, ensuring effective employee relations.
  • Conduct all administrative activities timely, including pre and post shift reporting, audits, time and attendance processing, safety issues, and performance management.
  • Train, qualify, and manage employee performance, including ongoing skills and safety observations and feedback.
  • Build a team dedicated to excellence with open communication and consistent pre‑shift meetings.
  • Serve as ambassador to promote company programs such as Shared Success, 5S, safety audits, skills and competency training, and the Employee Value Proposition to support morale and performance.
  • Lead and influence multi‑level, cross‑functional teams.
  • Manage a fast‑paced environment in 24‑hour operations with a diverse workforce.
  • Maintain technical expertise on plant products, processes, and operations.
Education & Experience Requirements

High School Diploma required.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual is a plus.

  • Three or more years in a supervisor/management position, with a proven ability to lead and motivate people, preferably in a 24/7 plant operation in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Experience with Lean production, process improvement, and Kaizen events.

Safety‑mentality oriented; basic OSHA knowledge.

Computer tech savvy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); ERP system knowledge; SAP experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Ability to walk around the plant floor consistently.
  • Ability to sit/stand in an office environment.
  • Ability to spend time around hot machinery.
  • Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over, bending, pushing, and pulling objects.
  • Commitment to wearing proper PPE at all times (safety shoes, glasses, etc.).
  • Must work in variable weather conditions and in a noisy environment.

Compensation

The compensation for this position will typically range from $53,500 - $99,000/yr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

The compensation package may also include short‑ and long‑term incentive compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, paid company holidays, paid vacation time, paid sick time, parental leave, short- and long‑term disability leave, and an employee assistance program.
