Assembler

Let’s build tomorrow together. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by performing a variety of operations such as mounting, posting, and aligning parts, setting up equipment for testing, and maintaining production records to assemble comfort units to specifications.

Shifts

All shifts operate Monday–Thursday with possible overtime on Friday and Saturday. Shift 2.

What You Will Do
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work from blueprints and verbal instructions from the supervisor.
  • Mount, align, position, and assemble a variety of parts and components—including frames, compressors, fan assemblies, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, adhesives—to completely assemble comfort units.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate with other assemblers, ensuring smooth production flow and troubleshooting shortages or outages.
  • Visually inspect assembled products to ensure all parts are properly aligned, connected, and functioning correctly, identifying any visible flaws or quality issues.
  • Package units and parts with all necessary components—including warranties and manuals—using appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, foam inserts, plastic bags, or protective sleeves.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workplace, sweeping and straightening as needed for a safe and productive atmosphere.
Job Requirements
  • Read and write English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use a tape measure.
  • Good problem‑solving skills.
  • Prior carpentry or construction experience preferred.

HIRING HOURLY RATE: $16.00. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
