Production Specialist

Overview

Production Specialists work in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for many different business applications. Creative work is performed within the FASTSIGNS Center sign production area that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line sign-making equipment.

• Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Cut printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and X-Acto blades.
• Apply products to substrates and, as needed, assist with installations in the field on vehicles and building interiors/exteriors using ladders or mechanical lift systems.
• Operate a computer-controlled router to produce a variety of signs.
• Apply careful attention to detail by following work orders that outline specifics for each custom order.

• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Comprehensive training in all aspects of this position will be provided.
• Are you comfortable with computers, email, using the internet, and learning new computer programs?
• Do you have at least a high school degree?
• How many years of sign production experience do you have?
• Do you have any construction or print industry/graphic arts industry experience?
• Please list any other experience you think might be relevant to working in production.

Compensation: $10-$12 / Hour
