We're looking for an experienced Commissioning & Reliability Manager to join a major hyperscale data center project. This role will take ownership of commissioning quality, operational readiness, and successful turnover from construction into live operations.

Working alongside construction, commissioning, and operations teams, you'll ensure all critical electrical, mechanical, and controls systems are delivered to the highest standard while driving a zero-defect handover.

• Lead commissioning quality across all project phases, from installation through Level 4, Level 5 and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Manage and oversee third‑party Commissioning Agents (CxA), ensuring commissioning activities are completed in accordance with project standards.
• Review commissioning documentation, scripts, test procedures and sequences of operation.
• Witness commissioning activities and validate testing to ensure systems are fully operational before handover.
• Manage commissioning issue logs, drive root cause analysis and ensure critical issues are resolved prior to turnover.
• Gate systems through each commissioning stage, ensuring readiness before progressing to the next level.
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, commissioning teams and client representatives to maintain project quality and schedule.
• Support commissioning planning, risk mitigation and operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage commissioning documentation and reporting through CxAlloy (or equivalent platform).
• Deliver training and guidance to project teams on commissioning processes and quality standards.
• Promote continuous improvement across commissioning, quality and reliability processes.

• Previous experience in a Commissioning & Reliability Manager or Senior Commissioning Manager position.
• Strong hyperscale or mission‑critical data center experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical and controls systems.
• Experience managing Level 4, Level 5 and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes, QA/QC and system turnover.
• Experience with CxAlloy or similar commissioning management platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and commissioning teams within fast‑paced construction environments.
