Phosphate Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 18.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)
  • Perform daily phosphate operations in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP VI-005).
  • Conduct daily phosphate testing and accurately complete required log sheets.
  • Maintain production reports, job packets, phosphate logs, and other required documentation.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of yard operations, pipe movement, and facility safety procedures.
  • Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) during all work activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Support production goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Phosphate Operator

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work safely in an industrial yard environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate documentation.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Steel-toe boots required.
