Warehouse Sanitation Operator
This position performs a variety of duties. The Warehouse Sanitation operator will perform dry and wet cleaning tasks in all production work areas and assist with battery rotation and tracking. This position pays $21.35 per hour.
Core Duties (Percent of Time)- Freezer cleaning:
Sweep racks, dust, remove trash, and maintain overall cleanliness. - Cooler cleaning:
Sweep racks, mop floors, run the scrubber, dust, and remove trash. - Dry warehouse cleaning:
Sweep racks, mop floors, run the scrubber, dust, clean docks and dock pits, and remove trash. - Cardboard handling:
Assist with cardboard removal and disposal. - Forklift battery maintenance:
Maintain proper battery rotation and change forklift batteries as needed. - Safety and compliance:
Perform all duties safely while following SOP and GMP guidelines.
- Sanitation:
Sign off on all EMSS and clean with approved cleaning supplies. - Safety:
Perform work in a safe manner by following safety procedures and policies, critical safety rules, and expected standard conduct. - Quality:
Ensure all areas are maintained to comply with food safety, regulatory, and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and company policies.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend basic English.
- Ability to evaluate and identify mechanical conditions and make adjustments or corrective action as necessary.
- Ability to access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders or stairs.
- Basic math skills to perform mathematical functions.
- Ability to understand and apply standard operating procedures.
- Ability to maintain a clean work area according to good manufacturing processes.
- Good communication skills to communicate with co‑workers and across shifting teams.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Must be able to lift moderate weights repeatedly throughout the shift, up to 50 lbs.
- Required to stand/walk, climb steps or ladders, bend at knees, make pipe connections, and lift equipment parts.
- Must work in hot, humid, and cold areas.
- Must be able to read/write and perform basic arithmetic to understand SOPs, GMPs, and safe work practices.
- Operator performs all assigned housekeeping and inspection program duties and may work overtime and holidays when required.
Leprino Lubbock is seeking a Membrane Operator. The Membrane Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the Membrane equipment, processes, CIP systems, lab equipment, and various control instruments. All other duties as assigned.
Job Duties- Responsible for the safe operation of the Membrane system and its associated equipment and/or processes.
- Maintain the quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing products in accordance with SOPs, GMPs, and safe work practices.
- Participate in and implement continuous improvement.
- Complete paperwork accurately.
- Ability to troubleshoot all equipment and identify potential problems.
- Communicate effectively with co‑workers, team leads, and supervisors.
- Follow sanitation procedures of all equipment at shutdown.
- Complete assigned GMP and housekeeping duties and maintain 5S standards as required.
- Perform work safely by following safety procedures, policies, critical safety rules, and expected standard conduct.
- Ensure product meets food safety, regulatory, and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and company policies.
- Must be 18 years of age.
