Role and LocationMachine Operators – Lubbock, TX. Pay starting at $22/hour.
Schedule- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

- Read the work order and perform set ups, changeovers, and adjustments for the order
- Monitor extrusion production, ensure product quality, operate equipment, and maintain the coiling area
- Assist to start reels, set up and monitor product quality and conformity
- Monitor operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to meet material and quality requirements
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including dimensions and Lost Production Hours with reasons
- Ensure pipe is marked with the correct print line as specified in the quality manual
- Follow safety requirements and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues
- Follow and comply with all company policies and procedures
- Additional duties as required
- Previous machine operator experience (at least 6 months to 1 year)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English; bilingual is a plus
- Ability to perform simple math and take measurements
- Ability to recognize colors
- Nice to have: machine operation, extrusion, and product specifications
- Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Understanding of paperwork procedures and documentation requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to spend up to 12 hours per shift on foot around hot machinery
- Ability to move between work areas, including bending, stepping over obstacles, and pushing/pulling
Tuition reimbursement: full-time employees may receive $5,000 per year for undergraduate and $7,500 per year for graduate studies after one continuous year of employment.
The compensation for this position is typically $22/hour. Final base pay is based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, location, and internal equity. The package may include short- and long-term incentive components.
