Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

What's a typical day as Painting Finisher? You'll be:

• Preparing parts and materials for coating using techniques such as abrasive blasting, cleaning, dipping, masking, and more.
• Applying powder coat, wet paint spraying, Cerakote, hydro dip, and other advanced painting methods.
• Operating all coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
• Inspecting parts for quality, ensuring proper paint flow and coating consistency.
• Baking parts at prescribed temperatures and maintaining high quality and on-time performance.
• Following all safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Loading and unloading parts or product onto fixtures and operating equipment such as fork trucks and pallet jacks.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have two years minimum experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or a similar manufacturing environment (required).
• Possess a high school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• Are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet quality and safety standards.
• Can effectively communicate and understand job instructions in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Have basic mechanical aptitude and manufacturing knowledge.
• Are able to perform basic mathematical computations and interpret technical instructions.
• Have forklift operating experience.
• Can lift, move, or transfer products using appropriate equipment (fork truck, pallet jack, overhead crane, or by hand).
